Preliminary Consultation:
Review of project objectives, proposed costs, site requirements and special conditions of the project.

Architect Selection:
Evaluation of architectural candidates with respect to project requirements, methodology and compatibilities.

Design Phase Consulting:
Project preliminary design review relative to proposed budget, site requirements, construction feasibility and any other critical conditions of the project.

Bidding/Budget Analysis:
Comprehensive pricing of completed architectural drawings, preparation of specifications and detailed report of costs, fees and budget-management recommendation as needed.

Construction Permits:
Obtainment of required building permits from applicable jurisdictions.

Site Work:
Grading/contouring of the general building site with respect to drainage, existing topography, landscape, utilities and vehicular circulation/access. Building excavation and installation of utilities.

Building Shell Construction:
Foundation, framing, rough electrical and mechanical, insulation, and drywall.

Finishes:
Millwork, windows, plumbing and electrical fixtures, appliances, flooring, cabinets and painting.

Construction Close Out:
Punch-out, landscape, final clean and walk-thru.
