Project preliminary design review relative to proposed budget, site requirements, construction feasibility and any other critical conditions of the project.

Bidding/Budget Analysis:
Comprehensive pricing of completed architectural drawings, preparation of specifications and detailed report of costs, fees and budget-management recommendation as needed.

Construction Permits:
